FAQ:
If you are selected on to the NST, you can still run for MCP, NST, or Student Director, however, if you are elected MCP or selected to the MC, you will need to drop off.
If you are elected as MCP, you cannot be an MCVP, NST, nor Student Director.
If you are selected as an MC VP, you cannot be a Student Director.
You CAN be on the NST and be a Student Director.
For those who are considering running for the MC, it may be problematic if you are an elected Student Director.

Winter National Conference (NatCo) 2009 - Atlanta, GA December 27th - January 2nd
Are you interested in having your mind blown by an AIESEC Winter NatCo in Atlanta after Christmas? Great people, alumni, and Member Committee President (MCP) Election will take place. The delegate fee will be under $350 before reimbursements, keep a lookout for future details.
Winter NatCo Study Tour
There are the beautiful cabins in Gatlinburg (about 3.5 hours from Atlanta), and the few days after Winter Conference, they are EXTREMELY cheap (about $20-$25 a person for up to five days). They are nestled right in the smoky mountains, with a mini mansion that includes a movie theater, pool tables, hot tubs, game rooms, etc. They are right by Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where hiking and outdoor activities are abundant :)

Indonesia Donations
On September 30th, one of city in Indonesia experienced a large scale earthquake that was very destructive and so far it's been reported that more than 1000 people died. We were able to contact AIESEC and an EP in that city and they are safe, however their housing condition are not very good and they have limitation in terms of food and water. And over half of the buildings on their campus are broken due to this earthquake.
In response, AIESEC Indonesia has opened a donation box to collect money to give back to the Padang community. Here is their plan for the money: 1) some go to a representative from LC Pandang to distribute to Pandang City; 2) give some to the University; 3) and contribute to the family of AIESECers who have problems with food and water. So all the money that they get for this donation, will be separated: 50% for people in Padang City, 30% for the campuss and 20% for the AIESECer family who have destroyed house, food and water problem."
AIESEC US will be consolidating donations and sending it to AIESEC Indonesia. If your LC would like to donate out of your LC account, please email the amount. If your members would like to contribute individually via credit/debit card, please do so at : https://quickpay.aiesecus.org/pay.aspx?program=93
